I really love this place but I need to remind myself to stop getting the'ground beef' selection. Every single time I'gave it a chance' I am reminding that it is revolting to eat, I'almost' throw out the burrito. I got it again today from uber eats, & quickly realized why my auto selection is with chicken, it's the better option.

I never had a problem with staff, they were always kind & accomodating, (extra sauce, sprinkle of xyz).

All in all, everything else is great. Still 10/10.

Tres bien manger. Service rapide, juste une chose, c'est pas épicée donc hésitez pas à rajouter beaucoup plus de sauce épicée

J'adore vraiment leurs burritos parce qu'ils sont toujours pleins de goût pis super frais. La tortilla est chaude, la viande est bien assaisonnée, pis le mélange de riz, fromage pis sauces fait que chaque bouchée est vraiment bonne. C'est rassasiant mais ça reste léger pis satisfaisant. Les employés sont généralement super sympas aussi ils sont patients, accueillants, pis ils préparent ton burrito correctement sans te presser. Ça rend toute l'expérience vraiment agréable.

Service is great as always but the food quality has gotten so bad. Stale rice, hard undercooked beans, hard & burnt chicken & overall super dry from the lack of sauce they put on. Also the portions have shrunk massively since a couple of years ago. Really disappointed.

Service client impeccable. Il y a eu une erreur de communication lors de la commande & l'employé a facilement réglé la situation. Le burrito est excellent & bien garni. Les nachos sont un peu mou car il y a beaucoup de sauce/bouillon. Je vais revenir.

Old Manager & staff left by the end of summer, an employee informed me.

I noticed immediately as the vibe seemed totally different, fried beans paste was liquid, chipotle tofu liquid sauce as well & ran out of pickled red onions.

The older staff seemed happy, content & always in a good mood.

The new staff seems more neutral & less passionate about serving.

The food is also bland, I came second time & the rice is too dry & tofu lacks flavor.

Basically I now come here just to feed myself but it leaves wanting more since the taste isn't like before.

Sad as this used to be my favorite & best branch of all Quesada I've tried in Laval & Montreal.
