The food was way too spicy, dry, & bland. I ordered a bowl, & the rice was poorly cooked. None of the ingredients were flavorful or enjoyable. The same goes for the tacos.

The person who served me didn't seem to have any knowledge about the food he was selling. The counter was dirty, & the food presentation was very poor, it looked like everything had simply been thrown onto the plate.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected much better quality, service, & presentation.

I love Quesada's burritos. I've never left sad after ordering my food. I always order their biggest burrito which is a Big Ass burrito. Since it's a bigger tortilla, portions have to be doubled. Last night, I only got served one scoop of each main condiments. Yes, one scoop of rice, one scoop of beans & one scoop of chicken. Remember, it's the biggest tortilla. Then, you get to add veggies on your burrito. The worker half scooped almost every vegetable I added to my burrito. When it was time to roll my food, the burrito looked so small you could tell it's empty. Then the manager told me that the person who made my food was new & they offered me to make a new burrito since it looked small. I said no cause I didn't want to disrupt the new worker & I didn't want to waste food that was already made. Anyways, the burrito tasted amazing even though I was mostly eating bread :) But honestly, it wasn't a big deal. My suggestion is that managers should stay next to new workers so they get to learn more. Especially during their first day. Overall, it was delicious & I will surely come back !

ordered on uber eats & food was less than pleasant. for the price i was expecting much more. it was cold, & not very good. the beans aren't even riced?? there's bean juice just leaking in my burrito bowl. i used to go to an old location on fed laurentides, & have alsways found their food tasty, don't know what the standards of this location are, but clearly they're not high

I love this restaurant but cmon.. I ordered their'big ass burrito'
90% is rice & the other 10% is meat & vegetables.. Im basically eating rice wrapped in a tortilla. In the photo u can see the meat in the far left covering like 1/4 of the burrito.. atleast spread it out??😭

The burritos 🌯 is full loaded with rice & veggies, there's no chicken in it, the place is nice but & I don't really like your burritos first & last try 😏😒

Rice in burrito very under cooked so it was crunchy from the rice grains. I barely ate half. I noticed SEVERAL comments about the undercooked rice & management still has not made changes?! Wow, incredible. This location Quesada sucks.

The 2 guys working didn't stop talking once & they were loud. The entire restaurant heard every word.

Zero toilet paper in the bathroom & lots of pee stains on the toilet seat. It hadn't been serviced in a long time.

The brown rice is pretty hard. Makes the bowl mediocre.
