Nous avons commandé via le site Internet pour une livraison, mais nous n'avons jamais reçu notre commande. Lorsque nous avons communiqué avec le restaurant pour obtenir de l'aide, les employés nous ont répété à plusieurs reprises que ce n'était « pas leur problème » & n'ont fait aucun effort pour nous aider à retrouver notre commande ou à trouver une solution. Le service à la clientèle a été très décevant. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Lorsque nous avons contacté le restaurant ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvait rien faire , était très arrogants & bêtes
Ils ne nous ont aucunement aidé
Ils n'étaient même pas en mesure de nous dire avec quelle compagnie de livraison ils ont donné notre livraison, donc comme nous n'avons pas commandé directement sur uber ou DoorDash aucun moyen de savoir où est notre commande
Donc commande de 100$ perdue & non remboursable

One of the worst restaurant experience ever. Ordered lunch through UberEats, the food was delivered with the cold beverages packed with the supposedly hot food. Bags & boxes were wet & banged-up. The Tacos were cold, half-full, shredded cheese was cold, no toppings & the taco shells wet. The food tated stale & the taste was awful. Being on a job-site, we didn't have time to order again. Of course now, UberEats is making it difficult to complain & ask for a refund. As a restaurant owner, i would have been embarassed to send this food out to a customer.
I don't often write reviews, but I had to after this experience. The lady serving us was extremely rude, condescending, & unprofessional. When we requested additional sauce, she sighed & stared at us before putting a drop of sauce. We used to go to quesada pretty often, & had good experiences. Overall, the food wasn't bad but the customer service was really bad.
Worst customer service. La femme qui nous a servis avait une attitude sans aucune raison. Elle était frustré car on a pris du temps à savoir ce qu'on voulait manger, & nous donnait des répliques & des soupirs à chaque demande. Je viens très souvent manger au Quesada & c'est de loin ma pire expérience.
Atmosphere about what you'd expect. Service okay, but a bit in the clouds - I waited for about 10 minutes noticed but ignored, but they were polite & apologetic once I got impatient. Food not great, & inferior to another Quesada nearby.
