The fries were completely covered in salt & were far too salty for us to eat. Fortunately, the waitress removed the fries from our bill, which we appreciated.
We ordered two Cokes & asked for ice. We didn't expect to receive four glasses of ice, but the waitress brought them to us. We also requested a couple of plates so we could share our food.
However, we were later charged for the two sharing plates & the four glasses of ice. We believe the staff should have informed us in advance that there would be extra charges for the plates & ice so we could have decided whether we still wanted them.
Meh… c'était pas mal, mais rien de wow. Le service est bon, mais l'ambiance, pas vraiment. C'est le genre de resto où tu manges & tu t'en vas. Les places sont super petites, pis il y a plein de boîtes dans un coin, ça enlève de l'espace pour s'asseoir.

Hands down the best burger I have ever eaten. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, & full of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, & everything was well balanced without being overly greasy. The bun was soft, the toppings complemented the meat perfectly, & every bite was excellent. The service was friendly, & the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back & highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an outstanding burger.

The burger meat is fresh & grilled to perfection, so juicy, tasty & huge!
My hubby & I shared the 1/2 lbs cheeseburger with pork-belly bacon(delicious!) caramelized onions, with a short rib poutin, plenty of cheese curds & short-rib meat that melts-in-your-mouth! The Fries are the best we ever had!
This poutin is huge! perfect for 2 to share!

Le service avec un monsieur était excellent, mais une employée m'a dit que je devais acheter quelque chose pour aller aux toilettes, alors qu'on m'a dit plus tard que c'était gratuit, & elle ne m'a pas non plus permis de réchauffer mon repas, même si d'autres employés m'avaient dit que je pouvais.
Burger with egg was good. Service was pleasant, but no resolution for barely-touched poutine.
Edit to address owner comment: waiter was aware of our issue. He brought menu back because he saw we started looking at wall menu well after we started eating. I hope it was clear I would have been happy to buy another item (by fact we were looking at menu again), but when I asked if we'd still be charged for poutine that we didn't like he said yes he couldn't take it off after being cooked. He didn't suggest we could swap it out for a different item. During this time I presume he also saw one person had split their meal with other because he kept looking down at our plates that had a burger split up. So we just asked for the check, & he asked if we wanted to take poutine home to which we said no.
I thought it was important to leave this review because we both left feeling bad: we both were still hungry (each bought additional meal at nearby establishment) & didn't feel great about spending high price on food that we didn't eat (price understandable for this very touristy location, but would still expect better resolution).
I removed the part of my original comment on poutine taste because, as tourists, I'm not sure if that's typical for local poutine.
We just walked in on a whim & we were not disappointed. The burger was delicious & we added the mac & cheese which was to die for. All in all a very memorable meal.
Delicious burgers, very flavorful & juicy meat. You can go for the classic one & still get great quality.
