About

Punjab Sweets serves an extensive selection of traditional North Indian confections and savory snacks within a functional retail space. The menu emphasizes the production of milk-based sweets such as gulab jamun, ras malai, and various forms of barfi prepared with authentic spices and floral essences. Beyond desserts, the establishment offers a steady supply of fried vegetarian appetizers like samosas and pakoras alongside hearty lentil-based curries intended for quick takeaway service. The interior features display cases filled with vibrant trays of multicolored treats reflecting centuries-old confectionery techniques from the Punjab region. Standard food preparation methods rely on consistent use of ghee, nuts, and condensed milk to achieve distinct textures and flavor profiles. Every item represents a straightforward approach to regional culinary staples focused on sugar-rich delicacies and starch-heavy preparations designed for high-volume service.
