We had a reservation to watch the World Cup final for 7 people. We arrived at 3.02 & waited at the door with a lot of people already in the waiting line. So we waited patiently. After constantly getting ignored by the waitresses passing by & nobody coming to greet us, we went to the bar to talk to anyone who could have showed us to the table. When we finally got hold of someone he said we are very late & he gave the table away. Understandable. When we left & finally meet with other people , we were informed that one of us arrived at 2.35 & he was denied entry because he was too early. Is there a middle ground? Tables are not given if we are too early, tables are not given if we are too late!!!!!! Lack of management for big events. Lack of personnel to meet people who are waiting at the door patiently to be greeted & assigned to their reserved table. This happened after we reserved 2 weeks in advance.

Accueil désagréable. Refus d'une table à l'ombre sous prétexte qu'elle était réservée aux groupes de 4, alors qu'un couple & deux autres personnes occupaient déjà des tables de 4. Aucune logique, nous sommes repartis.

J'ai visité votre établissement aujourd'hui avec l'intention de profiter de la terrasse. Même si je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir certaines règles concernant l'attribution des tables, j'ai été déçu par le manque de flexibilité & surtout par la manière dont la situation a été gérée. Un accueil chaleureux & une communication respectueuse font souvent toute la différence dans l'expérience d'un client. Malheureusement, ce ne fut pas le cas lors de ma visite, ce qui me laisse un souvenir plutôt négatif de cet établissement.

Un peu déçu mais rien de grave! Ok le vin n est pas le coeur de votre carte & une seule référence de vin rouge & une référence de vin blanc offre un choix limité, mais cela n est pas vraiment un problème. Toutefois, pourquoi choisir un vin ignoble. Cela faisait longtemps que je n avais pas bu un vin si mauvais. À ce niveau de basse qualité, c'est irrespectueux envers la clientèle. Je n ai pas eu envie de prendre un second verre donc je ne peux pas parler du reste de la carte qui semblait très bien avec de bonnes bières & cocktails ;) bonne ambiance & belle terrasse. Merci pour l accueil.

Great Pub! We had amazing drinks for their 5 à 7 10$ drinks. The Espresso Martini & Negroni were very good. Their sandwich was very tasty & filled. The portion was good for the price. The service was amazing, our server was super sweet & open to help. Overall, a very nice pub with a great central location in the Plateau.
