Stopped by the pub on Friday night, we saw some signs outside for dinner specials & the posted menu, went inside ordered some drinks, they gave us a menu & we noticed the menu was limited to wings & appetizers, we asked about it & the waiter was a bit rude answering, looks like they don't offer the full dinner menu after 7. We ordered our drinks they got messed up, they forgot drinks. We ordered some food, it came out faster than any of the drinks, was hot & good.
all in all not going back, now I know it wasn't busy for a reason. Though it does have a nice water front view from the 2nd floor with the windows open.

Karl is the best waiter that I've had. He brings the energy a genuine great guy. Me & my boys had to come back a second time just for Karl to be our waiter again he's awesome. The pubs atmosphere is a very relaxed chill vibe.
Stumbled upon this pub playing Irish music with a blowup Guinness on St. Patrick's Day. Saw maybe 10 people but thought we'd give it a try. We walked up the stairs & were not acknowledged at all; we approached the bar & they gestured to a table, where we sat & waited for someone to attend to us. I went to the bar to ask for a drink & there were 3 people working the bar; however, I waited for three minutes & no one served me, despite my multiple gesturing &'excuse me's. I walked to the other side to get their attention & I was dismissed to another waiter, who also ignored me. A fellow patron was served a pint of Guinness 3/4 full & very poorly poured. My girlfriend & I decided to find another spot, at which point a waiter came & asked us, regrettably, if we were leaving.
We were not helped until they saw us putting our jackets on. So disappointing, especially for an Irish person on St. paddy's Day. Dodged a bullet for sure. So unfortunate. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I went to Pub St. Paul & honestly had the best service I've ever experienced. Our bartender, Eddy, was incredible. Everything came out quickly, the drinks were made perfectly, & he kept the whole experience fun with jokes & great energy!
The food was really good too, but what will keep me coming back to Pub St. Paul is Eddy's unmatched service. He truly made the night.
If you ever see this-thank you, Eddy. Best bartender ever!

My boyfriend & I were in Old Montreal for Valentine's Day & didn't have a reservation anywhere, but we came upon this restaurant. The staff were super busy, but made sure to seat us & get our order done quickly. We had really great service from two male servers.
We both got cheeseburgers & they were really good! I got a salad & my boyfriend got fries. Both sides were so good, especially the salad. The dressing was amazing!
Eddie was amazing! We came on Valentines days as a hockey group without reservations, they welcomed us in :) we ate, drank & laughed. A must place to visit & say hi to Eddie, he doesn't disappoint!!

J'ai été manger un fish n'chips vendredi le 9 janvier 2025. Évidemment par une journée pluvieuse, les clients se faisait rare mais quel bel endroit! Les murs de brique ont beaucoup de vécu & transpire la fête & la démesure de party! J'ai bien aimé mon assiette qui devait être à volonté... mais la facture ment là-dessus-juste le fish à volonté...
Mais j'ai laissé un ange car le serveur avait une belle gueule & de l'avenant avec nous. ♥
En ce qui concerne mon épouse & moi même nous y avons manger nous nous sommes régalés.
Nous avons été bien reçu de la bonne cuisine avec une très belle vue. Merci à Catherine de son accueil chaleureux.

Une super soirée entre amis. Fish & ship trop bon. Jouer à devinez qui sont les chanteur sur la fresque & prendre & une shut offerte par Romain parce qu'on est vraiment trop bon. Tout ça servit par le super Vincent = soirée plus que réussis. Merci aussi a notre super serveuse dont j'ai oublié le nom .....pardon

Visited Pub St Paul for an after work gathering. It had a rustic vibe. The staffs were friendly. We were served a custom pre ordered menu that included food & drinks. Food was good, the best one being the fried chicken. Tried a virgin pina colada which I thought was a little too sweet for my taste.
Overall we had a nice experience & everyone had a great time.
