With its relaxed atmosphere, the Pub has been a popular meeting place for Montreal's wildlife for over 23 years. With its large selection of beers, its wine and cocktail list, its varied menu, its heated terrace, and its dedicated team, you will live an experience that will meet your expectations.

We are also very pleased to welcome six of Quebec's greatest comedians who have joined forces to create unforgettable evenings with the best of the new generation at the Bordel Comedy Club, Montreal's first French-language comedy cabaret.

This partnership allows us to add another word to our slogan: Drink, Eat, Laugh!

Review Summary

Reviews of Pub Quartier Latin describe a welcoming, lively pub with a warm atmosphere, helpful staff, and solid to excellent food and drinks. The menu is generous for gluten free diners, with options such as a gluten free poutine and a burger plate with fries and salad, and the vegetarian tartare plus grilled cheese and mac and cheese are highlighted items. Service is noted as attentive, fast, and friendly, with staff able to speak English and make guests feel at ease; the beer selection, including Guinness, is praised. The bar and overall vibe suit solo travelers who like to soak in the surroundings, and nearby show nights are mentioned as a good time for a pre-show visit. Some experiences vary, with fries tasting old or cold, the cheese in poutine not melted, and a burger not well cooked, and a few comments that the menu has not changed in years. Still, many say this is a reliable spot to eat well before a nearby show and would return or recommend it for a casual, no-fuss outing.

Two layers of crispy nachos, buried under melted cheese, smoky bacon, jalapenos, & olives. Salsa, sour cream, & guacamole on the side.
Messy, spicy, cheesy perfection, the kind of plate that disappears faster than the beer. 🌶?🧀🍺 #PubQuartierLatin #Montreal

I appreciate that they have gluten free options. Sadly for us, the fries tasted old & were cold. The cheese in the poutine wasn't even melted.

J'aime manger à ce pub avant un spectacle au Bordel comédie club. Je recommande le mac & cheese ou le grilled-cheese! Votre place est réservée dans la salle de spectacle si vous mangez là.

We were at a nearby hotel & found this amazing spot. Nearly everything on the menu is/can be gluten free. We tried the arancini & the grilled cheese & fries. Everything was delicious. We sat at the bar & had excellent & attentive service. Don't pass up this gem.
