Welcome to Pub BreWskey, the neighborhood pub in Old Montreal!
Initiated by three friends passionate about gastronomy, beer, and whisky, the BreWskey project came to life in 2015 with the opening of its first establishment. Focusing on our house-brewed beers, a refined selection of whiskies, and comforting pub cuisine, our pub embodies the simplicity of the principle that we offer you the products and service we would appreciate as customers. At the pub, you have access to our on-site brewed beers through 20 draft lines, in addition to a wide selection of carefully chosen whiskies and other premium spirits. Our pub, the most "intimate" among our three locations, provides a warm atmosphere perfect for small groups. In the summer, enjoy our spacious terrace on Saint-Paul Street and soak in the atmosphere of Old Montreal!
Pub BreWskey shines with a welcoming vibe, inventive in-house brews, and a solid menu of pub favorites like smoked meats, poutine, burgers, and wings, all served by friendly, knowledgeable staff in a lively Montreal setting. Guests praise the varied beer flights, creative tap list, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to linger with friends or enjoy a casual meal, though some reviews note busier times can slow service and occasionally the menu can be a bit confusing.
Although a bit on the pricey side, which is expected from a restaurant in the middle of the Old Port, we absolutely loved having drinks & having dinner on the terrace. With a live performance & the perfect summer temperature that night, the ambiance was amazing. All the food we ordered was delicious & I would recommend anything we ordered. Thanks & we will certainly be back 😋
One of the places I really like to go to in Old Port is Brewskey. They have bacon jerky, glazed with maple syrup, which is incredibly delicious. I don't know of any other place in the city that has something as tasty. However, the service is pretty bad, both day & night (if I could, I wouldn't pay the tip). The people were not friendly, it seemed like you had to beg for service. I went there recently in the summer & the patio (outside area) was full of wasps. I'm allergic, so I made sure to go inside, despite the heat. That said, I recommend it for the food & beers, but be aware that their customer service is VERY poor.

L'adresse du vieux est un incontournable si vous êtes de passage à Montréal. La cuisine de pub ne constitue pas son intérêt, ma sa très large gamme de bières microbrassées, changeant très régulièrement, est assez exceptionnelle. Je recommande.
Even though they're known for their home made beer, they also make an excellent Negroni with the perfect amount of bitters. Unfortunately, the drink was a bit overpriced at over 20 bucks after tax. BreWskey Pub comes highly recommended & it seems to be one of the better options in Old Montreal. They have an extensive beer list, nice cozy atmosphere & decent service. The outdoor patio makes this place very appealing in the summer, & inside is surprisingly expansive, divided onto several floors. I hear there's even live music at times. Check out their beer factory on site!
Les bières ici font partie des meilleures de Montréal, beaucoup de diversité & d'originalité c'est vraiment solide. Par contre le service m'a un peu déçu & l'endroit est correct sans plus. Je recommande quand même car mes papilles ont voyagé.
My mother & I went before going to a show & had a wonderful time! She has an allergy & our waitress was very helpful with ensuring what we wanted to get was safe. She was also very helpful with suggestions of her favourite brews as we ordered a flight of four 5oz beers to try. The staff that seated us was a little more sassy, but it was busy, so it's understandable. We got fried pickles & a simple smash burger & both were amazing! I'd recommend adding the extra bacon to the burger as it's a thick cut & worth the extra in my opinion. We swapped the fries that come with the burger for a poutine. It was alright, not warm enough but good proportions of tasty sauce & cheese curds. I'd go for the sweet potato fries or onion rings instead. The beers were also very good, but I'm not connoisseur. I'd recommend their beer made with honey & bread (#2, I think?) & their blonde with orange. The waitress informed us that the menu changes often, though. Make a reservation if you can! It gets quite busy during peak times.
A surprise. Best ribs ever. Melts in your mouth. Poutine delicious. Smoked chicken ceasar was the most amazing salad. Packed with smoked chunks of bacon, generous shavings of parmesan & smoked chicken. Highly recommend this place for exceptional food. Thanks to our server, Jeb, attentive & fast with service.
Just hopped in this place as found great reviews & we were not disappointed. The service was great & so were the nachos , the beer (whitbier)🍺 & the Philly sandwich . We also loved the accompanied fries 🍟 were really very yummy & you could just come to this place for them & a beer 🍻 😊. Recommended 👍

The drinks especially the flavoured mocktails were amazing. The brewery keeps updating their flavours regularly & they taste really good. Food was amazing, the spinach dip was out of this world. Service was good as well. Had a nice time. Definitely recommended.
Went for a beer with a friend. Pints were short-served (glass was much less than full) & not so good (they brew their own). When paying $21.25 for 2 pints & leaving a 18% tip the server made a big deal of pointing out exactly how much I was leaving (apparently not enough?). This behavior is typical of how a "tourist trap" operates (poor fare & demand for big tips). Sorry, not recommended.
Stopped by for a quick pint on a hot day. Beautiful patio, nice views, huge beer selection. Would recommend to anybody wandering by & looking for a quick & chill refreshment refreshment
Great variety of beers featuring top notch h IPA's & smoothie style sours. The food & service did not disappoint either. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good beer & food in the Old Port area. We were seated in the lower level taproom area & there were two additional dining area/tap rooms upstairs. Canned beer is also available upstairs if you are looking to take any with you to-go.
As a hazy/NEIPA fan this place is phenomenal, when I visited they had over 12 Hazy or NEIPA varieties on tap, of the 6 I tasted, excellently chosen by the friendly staff, 5 of the 6 were amazing, & the last one was above average. Will be back to try the rest. The space is nice & large & there is occasionally live music which was at the perfect volume not to be intrusive. Highly recommend
