Welcome to Pub BreWskey, the neighborhood pub in Old Montreal!
Initiated by three friends passionate about gastronomy, beer, and whisky, the BreWskey project came to life in 2015 with the opening of its first establishment. Focusing on our house-brewed beers, a refined selection of whiskies, and comforting pub cuisine, our pub embodies the simplicity of the principle that we offer you the products and service we would appreciate as customers. At the pub, you have access to our on-site brewed beers through 20 draft lines, in addition to a wide selection of carefully chosen whiskies and other premium spirits. Our pub, the most "intimate" among our three locations, provides a warm atmosphere perfect for small groups. In the summer, enjoy our spacious terrace on Saint-Paul Street and soak in the atmosphere of Old Montreal!
Pub BreWskey shines with a welcoming vibe, inventive in-house brews, and a solid menu of pub favorites like smoked meats, poutine, burgers, and wings, all served by friendly, knowledgeable staff in a lively Montreal setting. Guests praise the varied beer flights, creative tap list, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to linger with friends or enjoy a casual meal, though some reviews note busier times can slow service and occasionally the menu can be a bit confusing.
Make reservations! Otherwise, you WILL not find a spot. Went on a Friday night (party of 4). It was tasty! The smashed burgers, poutine, nachos & bacon app were on our menu. It was delicious. We even got a taste test try of one of their most popular beers. The service was great, the atmosphere is pub like, the food was delicious & it was a fun casual vibe. Will try again!
Brewskie Brasserie in Old Montreal is an absolute gem for beer lovers! I had the pleasure of trying two standout lagers today: the "Brew Juice Gourmandise" No. 6 & the "Dark Czech Lager" No. 14. The No. 6 is simply delicious-smooth, flavorful, & surprisingly refreshing. The No. 14, a classic Czech lager, remains a solid, well-crafted choice that never disappoints. But the real star here is the "Peanut Buster" stout, hands down our favorite. Just be warned: it sells out fast, both on tap & in bottles to-go, so make sure to check if it's in stock. This place knows its craft, & the quality shines through every sip. A must-visit spot for anyone looking to explore exceptional beers in Old Montreal!

Chatted with one of the owners (what's up, Guilem,) let me try some beer that was not on the menu. Awesome service & really good beer. Fantastic atmosphere. Guys in the back making beer while you're drinking it down. Decent live music & their prime rib sandwich was one of my favorite things I had on my trip to Montreal. 10 out of 10 will be back again.
The food & beer was incredibleeeeee. The beer is brewed in house & they are honestly amazing. My partner & I got the Buffalo wings, fried pickles, ribs & veggie Philly cheesesteak. We were not prepared for the portions, the sizes are huge!! So make sure you know what you're in for when you order! We even packed leftovers & forgot them there (sorry to the nice waiter!!). The service was great, atmosphere was great & we were so happy with the food.
BreWskey Pub! I've been here more than once in my journey to Montreal, I gotta say it's very good especially for beer lovers they have more beer options, they do have cocktails & whiskey options though. If you're going to the bathroom it's upstairs , it's a pretty big place connecting another bar upstairs. Definitely recommend going with a group or alone , great staff overall
I can't wait to go back & try more of their flavors. We stopped here & chose the Raspberry & pineapple brew juice. If you're not a beer drinker, these are the best choices for you. They taste like juice & get you pretty drunk 🥴 The food there is decent. & the service is quick. The atmosphere is relaxed. From the piano upstairs, board games. Gives a very hipster, rustic vibe that's great to hang out & talk for hours.
Fantastic brew pub in great area. Truly one of the best breweries that I've ever been to. Amazing, unique beer! Great food! Great service! Go here, enjoy the old port patio vibes!
The best food we have had during our flying visit through Canada. Lovely atmosphere, though the Hop on, Hop off bus every 15 mins did block the view. Having said that if we hadn't been on the bus we wouldn't have found this place. Has a working brewery which means the beer is fresh & locally made, & the wine, though limited selection, was good too. Food, service & ambiance perfect for a late afternoon lunch. Pictures are hubby's beer, my wine, Prime Rib sandwich & my grilled cheese sandwich.
One of the places I really like to go to in Old Port is Brewskey. They have bacon jerky, glazed with maple syrup, which is incredibly delicious. I don't know of any other place in the city that has something as tasty. However, the service is pretty bad, both day & night (if I could, I wouldn't pay the tip). The people were not friendly, it seemed like you had to beg for service. I went there recently in the summer & the patio (outside area) was full of wasps. I'm allergic, so I made sure to go inside, despite the heat. That said, I recommend it for the food & beers, but be aware that their customer service is VERY poor.
