Dans l ensemble, Pub Bishop & Bagg offre une ambiance de pub vivante et chaleureuse avec de bons burgers, une carte brunch variée et une offre notable de gin et de bières, même si certains estiment que la sélection de bières peut être limitée et que le volume sonore peut être élevé; le personnel est généralement sympathique et attentif et l'atmosphère, la décoration et les plats de pub classiques en font un lieu de quartier accueillant, avec des points forts comme le burger maison, les frites avec aioli, le cabillaud et chips, et le brunch allant du full English au banh mi, tandis que certains plats comme le schnitzel de poulet ont pu décevoir mais l'expérience globale est bien notée.
One of the best pub food in Montreal! I had dinner with five friends & shared a bunch of dishes. Everything was spectacular! The Sea Bass, Tuna Tataki, Fried Mushrooms were all delicious, but the Beef Cheek & Lamb Kabob were over the top orgasmic! I want to return & try the rest of the menu! Unfortunately, the Bloody Caesar that I ordered was disappointing. It was made in too large a pint glass & it had too much juice & ice, (which quickly melted). All this killed the flavour of the cocktail. Also, there's something disturbing about the acoustics of the room, which made the chatter of the crowd seem incredibly loud. We were all having lots of trouble hearing each other, even though the music was quite low. Nevertheless, the service was amazing & we all had a great time.
Great pub, always good to come in for a beer & their AMAZING potatoes. The music is not too loud & good, the people are very nice & the prices are reasonnable for the Mile End. Bloody Caesars & Carbombs! ❤✨ I would absolutely recommend it! The terrasse in summer is so nice too ❤

The food was amazing, but I found a hair in my meal, & they charged me the full price. They did give a discount on a beer, but I don't really care about that. I just feel that they didn't address the issue properly.
Service is good, beer is good, food unfortunately is where they seem to drop the ball. They tend to take simple dishes & try to make it over the top. Often missing the point of why classics should not be messed around with too much. Example, their burger & bangers & mash.

Nice little pub on Saint Viateur with an outdoor patio. A good spot for a laid-back evening with friends. The serving staff are friendly & attentive. Prices are a bit on the expensive side but overall good experience.
The beers & the burger were fine, but the potatoes which came with the burger were one of the best I've ever had in my life. I would return there just for those potatoes, too bad they are not served separately. The staff was also very nice & friendly, I recommend this pub.
First time there great service & ambiance, we went for brunch, the Steak Eggspectation & Full English dishes were good, the only disappointment is they advertised blood sausage on the FE breakfast & you only get a tiny slice of
My favorite spot in Montreal. We got there at least once a week. It is not your typical pub, here they serve great cocktails, food & a wonderful brunch !! The quality is superior & the staff is always joyful x
