The food was amazing, the ambiance was warm & cozy, the service was excellent, & the beer was delicious! I had the grilled sirloin with cold soba noodles. My husband had the Bagg Burger with poutine. Exquisite flavors, so yum!!! We really enjoyed everything.
This is a wonderful pub to spend the evening - the lighting is great, the food is phenomenal, & any screens for game night are stylishly hidden when not in use. :) I love their burgers & salads, their trivia night is fantastic, & it seems like a fun place to have a small party. They get a bit crowded at night, so I recommend the weekdays or an earlier start if you guaranteed want a good table, & certainly book for trivia!

love it here! everyone is sooooo wonderful & the staff are great! Karaoke nights are such a great time thank you everyone for creating such a welcoming & fun environment!
My expectations are always quite high when going out to eat & I was so pleased that they were fully met at Bishops & Bagg! The ambiance was lively yet not loud, the service was friendly & not rushed & more importantly the food was great! We had the jerk chicken & the burger & both were delicious! Would definitely recommend to all!
Had the postachio pesto spaghetti. The portion was really small for the price & the pasta was under cooked. Friends got burgers & said they were great.
On y vient toujours car tout est top. J'aime beaucoup le serveur qui est gentil & agréable. Par contre les patates du bag burger ont changé depuis 6 mois. C'est très grave, elles etaient une raisons de venir. Heureusement elles s'améliorent maintenant mais on part de loin.

The food was delicious, everyone at the table enjoyed their meal.
The service, however, was incredibly slow, to the point that we started to wonder if there was only one server for the whole restaurant.
Once we placed our order, we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. When the plates were brought to us, the bus boy left immediately, not giving us the chance to ask for condiments or anything else. One person asked for ketchup, & he brought a small ramkin to them & left before we could say anything more. So we had to wait for him to come back around to ask for pepper & ketchup for the rest of the table. My sausages were cold by the time I finally got the ketchup for them. Also, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Even straight from the pot, it was room temperature. We kept asking for refills hoping to get at least one cup of warm coffee, but that didn't happen.
I would go back, because the food was good & the server was kind. But the service really left much to be desired. There should be more servers working on a Saturday afternoon.
