First time in Montreal visiting from Vancouver. The service was top notch with 4 people visiting us in the first 5 minutes we arrived. The food was excellent with the standout being the Cacio e Pepe served from a wheel of Parmesan. Would highly recommend
My dinner experience at Prezze Mollo was excellent from beginning to end. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. The restaurant is situated in a calm office district rather than on a busy commercial street, which makes the terrace especially enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, the hostesses were friendly, welcoming, & always smiling. The terrace itself is charming, with beautiful plants, soft lighting, & a cozy atmosphere.
The service was outstanding throughout the evening. We were even welcomed with a complimentary drink, which is becoming quite rare in Montreal.
The food was equally impressive. We started with an appetizer Polenta croustillante that was creamy, rich, & full of flavor. For the main course, Rigatoni épicé à la Vodka & Lumache pesto pistache the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, & the sauce was delicious & well balanced.
The real star of the evening was the tiramisu. It is an absolute must-try. The addition of the praline layer gave it an incredible texture & elevated the dessert to another level.
I highly recommend Prezze Mollo if you're looking for a calm, cozy restaurant with delicious food in Montreal, away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

L'un des meilleurs restaurants de Montréal. Le service est impeccable & tous les plats sont délicieux. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !
Il est des découvertes qui font du bien. Ce restaurant du Mile End vient de s'inscrire en tête de mon palmarès montréalais pour la dernière année, rien de moins.
Installés au bar, nous avons parcouru le menu de bout en bout, de l'apéro au dessert, en partageant chaque assiette. La progression est à l'italienne : polenta croustillante pour ouvrir en dégustant notre apéro, puis un crudo de dorade tout en finesse, suivi d'un raviolo au jaune d'oeuf coulant. artichauts, épinards, ricotta & panko. L'onglet au chimichurri conclut les plats salés avec aplomb.
Mais c'est le gâteau au fromage basque, accompagné d'une marmelade maison à l'orange, qui restera gravé dans ma mémoires. Succulent, tout simplement.
Le service, assuré entre autres par Pascal, était à la hauteur : professionnel, chaleureux, sans faux pas. On sent une équipe qui aime son métier.
Tres belle experience, je recommande fortement. L'ambiance etais parfaite, la nourriture de haute qualité & superbement exécuté & présenté. Nous avons eu la chance d'être servi par la propriétaire qui nous a accompagné de facon attentionné (pas juste le service mais aussi en conseil & explications). Etant en groupe nous avons pu gouter un peu a tout le menu & je peux dire que tout est excellent & faire un choix quand on y retournera sera difficile 😉
