Our first visit to Premier Maisson in St. Laurent.

The Saint-Laurent location is spacious & well-lit.
Staff were polite , helpful & friendly!
If you're craving a traditional Opéra cake with rich coffee & chocolate flavors, this is one of the more reliable options available in Montreal's commercial bakeries.
Great presentation. Neat layers & glossy chocolate top.Moist sponge, not overly sweet.

Ça fait plusieurs années que je fréquente cette boulangerie & à chaque fois je suis super bien servie! J'ai décidé de faire cet avis, mon premier à vie, car j'ai été choquée par une cliente hier qui s'est mis à crier sur le personnel & à les traiter de racistes. À cette dame, si jamais elle tient les propos qu'elle a avancé & vient placer un commentaire négatif: en 7 ans de fréquentation de ce lieu, JAMAIS on ne m'a traité différemment parce que j'étais voilée! Bien au contraire, les employés nous informent quand un aliment contient de l'alcool, gélatine, porc, etc (merci d'ailleurs à Claudia qui m'aide souvent). Je tiens à demander à Première Moisson, d'intervenir pour mieux protéger ses employés de clients fous qui peuvent, on l'espère pas, devenir violents!
