The service at this place is quite poor. I stood In the back waiting to be served & was completely ignored by two employees , one of whom was serving someone else when I arrived & then did not return to the back, while another was arranging items in the showcase & never even looked at me. Finally someone came over & took my order adding, by the way you are supposed to order from the front that's why no one came, I answered that I had always ordered from here in the past & he said no that is not the procedure in a none too friendly tone. I am not imagining things, I had always been served from there in the past. & no one ever suggested to me that I was in the wrong or I would have not done it again. I guess I was supposed to be happy that this person at least came over to me, but I did not like his attitude like he was doing me a big favour, at least once he finally came over I received my order promptly, why did one of the other people not at least tell me to please go to the front instead of letting me stand there. If they are unable to communicate then put up a sign. Very poor customer service makes someone not want to return.
Je suis française à Montréal depuis moins de 1an j'habite à 20 min de la boulangerie & je les découvert par hasard en me baladant en famille. Je peut vous dire que sa sera la dernière fois que j'irai lol. Nous sommes entré l'accueil était froide. 2 employés sur 3 tirait une tronche 🙉 il ne faut pas oublier que tout métier & difficile, mais quand vous faite face à une clientèle à longueur de journée, c'est un devoir d'être souriant ou au moins être plus aimable. Vous representez les lieux...Sinon changer de métier, sa ne vous convient pas peut etre!! Avec mon mari ont a été d'accord que l'accueil n'était pas top sinon la boulangerie était bonne la pâtisserie un peut moins pourtant nous avons pris des classiques. Bon courage à l'équipe
I go there for the bread. For the last 4 years they have a broken slicer. Only one in store. Every now & then they would'fix it' (probably with a chewing gum) for a couple of days, & it breaks again. Considering Metro Inc. profits, it's a shame. If you charge 5.10 $ for a small loaf of bread, at least slice it properly.

The food really is amazing, I had a pizza focaccia with a drink & the pizza was very flavorful & filling, the prices are okay, staff is okay, really enjoyed spending my little lunch break there. They also have a space to eat, lots of chairs & tables, & it's always so clean.
