Not much to discuss here. If you are looking for a high quality, great taste & beautiful presentation, Première Moisson is one of the gold standard in Montréal. I visited the one in Laval near Centropolis & their service was great, fast & welcoming. It is a bit pricey compared to some other pastry shops that will give you twice the size for the same price. However, quality products are more expensive so you need to decide what you want. Anyway, I highly recommend their cakes for small groups. If you want a huge cake, I recommend Italian & Greek Pastry shops.

Stumbled upon this bakery by chance after watching a movie at Colossus Laval next to it. I'm always looking for a place to read & on that front it's not ideal because it's pretty noisy & crowded. However, it smells amazing in there & the decor is gorgeous. It just looks so good. I had a brie & prosciutto grilled cheese sandwich & a cappuccino, both of which were good. Although it's a bakery they sell a wide variety of products. It's on the pricy side though.View more
