Poutineville has the best poutines in town. The food is always fresh, tasty, & full of flavor. The portions are great & the staff is friendly. Make sure to try their'create your own poutine' option-it's fun & always delicious.
Great poutine. Ordered the'Portuguese' it had a lot of peppers, onions, peas, chorizo, & cheese. It did not have enough fries. It felt like I was eating a salad with cheese & gravy.
I had the best experience at this poutine restaurant! The food was incredibly flavorful - crispy golden fries, rich & savory gravy, & perfectly melty cheese curds. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients & care.
They also offer a great variety of poutine options, from classic to creative toppings like pulled pork, butter chicken, & even veggie-friendly versions. Everything I tried was amazing!
The staff were super friendly(Czarina), the service was quick, & the portions were generous. The atmosphere was cozy & clean, making it a great spot to enjoy comfort food.
If you're a poutine lover (or even if you're new to it), this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back!
Started out fine, friendly staff & quick service. My problem is the wildly different prices from the menu to the bill. What I ordered was listed as $10 & $2.50 on the menu. I was charged $13 & over $3. That's a 30% price difference. I was alone & I don't like arguing with people, so I paid the extra $4-5.

The fries were tasty. There was a generous amount of cheese. The sauce on the Italian poutine was way too sweet.

Experiences a difficult customer giving a hard time to the employees over something which the employees were trying to easily solve. The customer gave a hard time no matter what the employees were offering. The patience & kindness was incredible. Not easy to work with the public & these guys did a GREAT job. Food is worth the money. Employees friendly & keep on smiling. Good place to go to. I recommend going for the food & kindness, smiles, politeness, & friendly employees. Thank you ti the hard working employees. Keep up the great work 💜😁
We had such a lovely experience here & will definitely be coming back. The staff was super friendly & accommodating. The menu selection was a little overwhelming as there was so many options that all sounded really good. The food was delicious & for a decent price. I enjoyed eating our food on the patio.
Ordered here for the first time via Uber, & we were soooo disappointed! Our poutines were okay - the hot dog slices were insanely thin & small, which isn't the worst. We also got a Mac & cheese to try, & it was horrible!!! There was no cheese inside the actual Mac & cheese (just dried cooked cheese on the top) & the inside was watery as if they rinsed it but didn't let it dry or just put it right from the water into the to-go tin. I can't even understand how they are selling this! We also got chocolate milkshakes to try, mine was not bad which is where they get a bonus star.... But my boyfriends had a very off putting taste? & it was literally the same drink? Fried pickles were good, at least. Unfortunately too many negatives in this - there are way better food options around.
Received a 2 for 1 coupon so two poutine for $20(taxes in) can't be beat!! The spicy blue cheese was delicious & the general Tao selection was good too (included deep fried chicken chunks).
I would go back if I had another coupon & forget to count calories!!
