I'm not a poutine connoisseur but shouldn't cheese curds not melt like mozzarella? In Ontario, some places cheap out by using mozz instead of curds but wasn't expecting that here, especially on the Classic poutine. It's possible I'm wrong but I don't think so. The waiter btw was stellar! Even when i asked about this.

The waitress named Zoe, handled my group so extremely well to the point we were surprised with the level of customer service we received. This girl went above & beyond for our comfort, & specifically for the quality of the service we received. Also, the line cook, Jitish, had so much care for the accommodations that we requested, so we had to acknowledge the effort that was made to exceed our expectations. Both made our experience the best they could, & I would definitely come back if I was being served by the both of them!!!
First time I had been to Canada & obviously I had to try poutine. This restaurant was close to my hotel so I just picked it out of a whim. I got the hat trick & it was really delicious. I can't believe I was eating fries tossed with beef, bacon, sausage, gravy, cheese curds & could say that that was good.
Portion sizes are HUGE I promise you, we got THE HANGOVER & THE MONTREALER both were really good though the hangover one was much better in my opinion while my cousin found the montrealer to be her cup of tea, had left overs from both poutine. 10/10 would recommend eating here service was really nice too, overall a peaceful environment.
came in yesterday for some poutine which was absolutely amazing, some of the best poutine i've ever had, & the service we received from cristina is what compelled me to write a review. she went above & beyond in every way, was so polite & attentive & her service was so so quick. thank you for the amazing service!
