Just wanted to say thank you to the super kind manager or owner (not sure which he might have been). I ordered a meal but forgot to mention I wanted veggie chicken (Dumb I know). I returned it saying I thought I ordered veggie. Despite the manager expressing I didn't ask for it he kindly replalced my meall for free. I was embarassed but also that meal is $20 :TView more

Tried the Poulet Rouge yesterday in the mall & was very happy with both customer service & the food. Their BBQ chicken rouge bowl is a standout. Made with tender grilled chicken, flavourful barbecue sauce, & fresh veggies, it's a delicious & satisfying choice. The staff were friendly & they assembled the bowl quickly with my choice of toppings. Recommend this spot if you visit the mall & need to grab a quick bite.View more

I recently had the pleasure at eating at the Poulet rouj & I must say it was an exceptional experience. When ordering my food, the customer service was phenomenal. The person taking my order was very nice & it was an overall good atmosphere. It was my first time there so I didn't know what to get & the person taking my order. Recommended me to get the two sauer bowl Which consisted of four Chicken pieces with two types of flavours I chose the spicy & barbeque. I'm glad that he gave me this recommendation it was very good. Honestly, it is the best poulet rouge I have eaten so far. Without discrediting the others, this poulet rouge is very friendly & very clean. As a vegan, they literally grilled the "poulet vege" separately & make sure there is no contact with the rest of the chicken. Strongly recommended!View more

Definitely my favourite place to eat when I go to Fairview. Everything is so delicious ! The chicken is tender & super flavourful (my favourites are Hercules & Shisha), the rice is always fresh, & the toppings are super generous. Very filling, that's for sure !!!
