Un autre exemple de prix absurde pour des portions ridicules. J'ai prix une mini portion à 11$ & le plat était tellement petit & peu profond que c'est comme si j'avais rien mangé. Sérieusement, deux cuillères de riz, ça coûte rien, 2$ de poulet & quelques morceaux de légumes à 0.50$? Oui c'est bon & la qualité des ingrédients est bonne, mais de grâce ajustez vos proportions ou vos prix en conséquence. On se moque carrément des gens. Spice bros est un autre exemple de portions ridicules. C'est pas normal d'aller au restaurant, payer 13$ & sortir en ayant faim. Les portions régulières sont « correctes » mais encore la, c'est pas normal payer 16-18$ pour UN repas dans un fast food. Les gens sont débiles de payer autant & d'encourager des endroits comme ça. J'habite aux US une partie de l'année & même en $ US les prix sont insensés. Les proprios doivent être ceux qu'on voient se promener en Tesla & gros véhicules dans le coin alors que leurs employés & leurs clients vivent avec des miettes.
TL;DR: Spectacular in every way. Great food, great time, great staff, great everything. I couldn't recommend enough. I've been coming to Poulet Rouge every Friday afternoon (& some Saturdays), every week for at least a month now, & I can safely say that this is one of the best food places I've been to in Montreal, at the very least relative to price & speed. The food is top-notch every time; the chicken is well-cooked, everything is always hot & ready, & it all comes together incredibly every time. It'll take no more than 10 minutes to get your food if you know what you want, & if you don't, the staff are always happy to give suggestions! & speaking of, everyone who works here is a joy to interact with. In all the times I've come here, not a single time has an employee been rude, instead the opposite. There is a varied selection of ingredients to choose from, whichever item you're ordering. There are vegan alternatives for the chicken, too. I would personally recommend my usual if you're taking out (Mini Rouge, any chicken, Rice, Tsatziki, Shredded Onions, Cheese), but if you have both the time & the stomach for it, I would also recommend either the regular-size Rouge Bowl or the Rouge Poutine; they'll fill you up & then some! The atmosphere of the place itself is also great. There is ample room & ample seats, there's good A/C, & there's music playing at a nice volume. All in all; great place, great food, great service, great atmosphere, great everything. The 5 stars are very much deserved.
This Poulet Rouge was a fantastic spot for our fast-casual dining needs. Their customizable bowls with perfectly grilled chicken & fresh ingredients are absolutely delicious. The quality is top-notch, & everything is made to order. Plus, the staff was super friendly, & ordering was a breeze. Definitely a go-to for anyone looking for a great healthy meal on the fly. 10/10 recommend.
