Poulet Rouge is a great option for a daily, high-protein & low-fat meal (especially if you skip the mayonnaise). The food is really tasty & the quality is good. I do think the prices could be a little lower, since many of the customers are students. Maybe they could offer something for loyal customers, like a rewards or points system, to help make it more affordable. Overall, great food & good quality.

I want to give a special shout-out to an amazing employee who served me today at Poulet Rouge. I didn't catch her name, but she had beautiful brown nails & such a radiant presence. She was incredibly kind, attentive, & genuinely caring - the kind of person who turns a simple meal into a great experience. Her positive energy & professionalism truly stood out.

Still couldn't find anywhere better in this price range. Great taste, solid nutrition, & always our go to when we're too tired to cook. Consistently good every time.

Very busy on a Saturday, but workers kept the line moving smoothly & quickly. Tasty food with lots of topping options & big portions. Very good value for something fast & relatively healthy.

Visited this location yesterday before the hockey game. Everybody that works here is so nice, especially the tall man behind the grill, he was incredibly kind to me, he should get a raise

La nourriture est toujours excellente au Poulet Rouge & habituellement le service est vraiment impressionnant, peu importe la succursale. Malheureusement, le vendredi 24 octobre 18h30, nous avions fait préparer notre commande pour venir la récupérer sur place. Nous avons dû attendre plusieurs minutes à côté de l'employé qui nous avait clairement vu mais nous ignorait. Lorsqu'il a enfin décidé de nous adresser un regard, il l'a fait de la façon la plus condescendante que je n'ai jamais vu... On le dérangeait clairement, même si notre commande était payée & que la seule chose qu'on voulait, c'est avoir notre sac... Très étrange comme expérience.
