I really enjoy this simple, effective & great tasting chain of restaurants that specialize in different types of chicken bowls along with a wide variety of vegetables & sauce toppings. The service is fast & convenient. I strongly recommend Poulet Rouge.

I was impressed with this place. It's like if Chipotle was good. Build a bowl of grilled chicken & veg over rice, quinoa, or couscous, you've got yourself a healthy, tasty lunch. & the staff was awesome. Definitely going back.

The staff are very pleasant & explained all the different options. The mini bowl comes with 3 toppings & they are very tasty. The regular size comes with 7 toppings!!! There are many options of toppings to choose from including fresh veggies. The base can be quinoa, brown rice or white rice then you get your toppings & chicken. Mini gets two strips of chicken & regular gets four. Both are fantastic portions! There are also a whole bunch of sauces to choose from to top your base. The price is also terrific for the amount of food you get. Definitely an anytime of the day or night spot to grab something to eat! It's a good option for groups where one person might wanna eat healthy & another person wants to indulge. There's that option for whatever you're looking for. They have poutine as well, but we didn't try that. We saw other people eating it though & it looked really good. The chicken isn't fried. It's white meat & it's grilled.

Had it for lunch & was so amazed I came back the next day. Delicious food with a very tasty vegan/veggie option. 10/10 get a full bowl. Choose from the vibrant flavors & toppings to create a meal you won't forget, I promise. Thank you poulet rogue for being great!

It was my first time eating at poulet rouge! The staff were super friendly & efficient, bilingual & patient. The service was perfect. As for the food, I got the shisha (ail/garlic) flavour chicken bowl with couscous, & the sauce was the basic coriander one. Big hit, I absolutely love how warm & well prepared my meal was, & the garnitures were plenty. The space was packed & my friend & I went at a time when it was busy, so i understand that people kept leaving & coming so it was a little messy where we ate.

3 fois que nous mangeons la bas, le bowl avec du riz n'est pas très cher & copieux le choix de crudité permet d'avoir une portion plus que correcte & pouvoir choisir d'avoir un plat sain.
Le poulet n'est pas sec & le personnel la première fois qui nous a bu un peu perdu a pris le temps de mous expliquer le concept
Seul petit bémol la sauce piquante pour le poulet ne pique pas vraiment
