"I had a great meal with a phenomenal server. Unfortunately I heard the manager saying very negative things to the servers in front of multiple customers. At one point he yelled at the server to go to HR if they had an issue with him. Another server asked him to treat and speak to them like humans and he said no because he doesn't have the patience...."
