I really wanted to like the Poke Monster at Square Phillips, but I've given them three chances recently, & I am officially done. The last three times I've been here, the food has been completely unacceptable. I ordered the General Chicken, & it was served cold, with ingredients that tasted incredibly stale.
To make matters worse, the customer service is just as bad as the food. The cashier was totally unfriendly, dismissive, & gave off the strong impression that they couldn't care less about being there or serving customers.
When you combine stale, cold food with terrible service, it's just not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment & go somewhere else

We were staying at Le Phillips Square Hotel & Suites & this was a 5 minute walk away. It seemed a little pricey but the servings are very generous & they don't scrimp on ingredients. We really enjoyed it.

The Poke Bowls are very very good, always fresh & packed with so many ingredients. I order on Uber Eats & they have many good promotions included BOGO :) I tried many Poke around town & theirs are on the top of the list for sure.

I've ordered from a few of these poke places through delivery apps & I'm used them being mid. The tempura bowl here seems like it'd be too-saucy or that the ingredients wouldn't work, but when it's fresh it's perfection.
