Enjoy our friendly service while chefs prepare the fresh seafood you select from the wide selection of fresh fish and shellfish lining the bar. The service is prompt and convivial. Head to the seafood bar to handpick your dinner. A wide selection of Shrimps, calamari, whole fish or shellfish are offered by the kilo, and you only need to decide how you would like them prepared: grilled, sautéed, or fried. Incredible experience! Al Rayan serves some of the freshest & most flavorful seafood I've ever had. I tried the grilled snapper & sea bass, & both were perfectly cooked-tender inside with a nice char on the outside. Their signature spice blend added a rich, bold flavor that really set the dishes apart. The potato wedges were golden & crispy, the perfect side. J'y vais au moins une foie par mois pour donner avec des collègues... ca ne peu pas être plus frais..tu choisi ton poisson ou fruit de mère & ils te le préparent a l'instant..c'est délicieux & on mange a notre afin puisque ca fonctionne au pois..je vais continuer a y aller & je le recommande grandement..
