The Fringale Festival is back for its third edition from September 3rd to 5th, 2026 on Jean-Talon East in Saint Leonard. For three days, visitors can sample a wide selection of international dishes priced at $8 or less.
Twenty participating restaurants will each serve two featured dishes, including signature creations and exclusive recipes prepared especially for the festival. From Italian and Haitian cuisine to Vietnamese, Algerian and Mexican specialties, the event highlights the rich cultural diversity found along Jean-Talon East.
Guests can also collect a festival stamp card at participating restaurants. After purchasing six Fringale dishes, completed cards can be entered into a draw to win one of two Bota Bota Dérive gourmande packages.
Each afternoon, the celebration continues with free activities at the corner of Jean-Talon East and Pontoise Street. The lineup includes live music, food pop ups, collaborative murals, a screen printing workshop, henna tattoos and a flower giveaway on September 5th.
Entertainment will take place from 5pm to 8pm on September 3rd and 4th, and from 6pm to 8pm on September 5th.
