I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location.

I placed an online pickup order that included:
1 Cheeseburger Meal (with waffle fries & a 7Up can)
1 Pizza of the Day

Since my wife was already out, I gave a call to her & told her about the whole order & asked her to pick up the order. When she collected it, she asked the employee about the 7Up can. He simply said it wasn't on the order, so she trusted him & came home without it.

When she got home, I checked the order confirmation & saw that the 7Up can was clearly included in the meal. I called the restaurant to explain what happened. After checking the order, the employee admitted that the can was included but said,'She had to pick it up from the fridge. It's not my fault. If you want, you can come now.'

That response was completely unprofessional. If customers are expected to take their own drink from the fridge, the staff should tell them when handing over the order-especially after my wife specifically asked about it. Instead, she was incorrectly told it wasn't part of the order.

The issue isn't just the missing drink; it's the poor customer service & the unwillingness to take responsibility for a mistake. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Instead, I received a dismissive response that made the experience even worse.

Very disappointing service. I expect much better from Pizza Hut. Will never ever go to this location :( :(

Je commande aujourd'hui la pizza spéciale du jour (mercredi)est elle était horrible, le pan complètement sec, la pizza avait l'air d'être faite depuis longtemps, l'autre pizza aux ananas commandée à même temps était pareil que la première. C'est vraiment dommage parce que ils sont en train de perdre toute la clientèle. Moi je n'achète plus jamais!

Ordered from this location 2 days ago & the pizzas were very disappointing extremely light on toppings & poorly made. I paid full price for something that looked rushed & low quality. I've attached photos. I hope management sees this & takes it seriously. I wish they had no stars at all .

Pepperoni was burnt but pizza dough was not well cook. Waffle fries was 10 chips in a box...so looked empty. First & last time for us.

J'ai jamais eu 4 aussi mauvaises pizza de ma vie. C'était horrible. Il y avait une pizza pepperoni avec aucune sauce . Une pizza avec 3 kilogrammes de sel par tranche. Aussi, les bread stick était des undercooked salt stick. Même mon ami Firas qui mange tout n'a pas mangé.

Truly disappointing experience I usually don't get mad when a mistake happens but this was twice in a row less than an hour we ordered a pizza Nashville & a poulet arriabi & a bouchees a partager the pizzas were good but the bouchees looked cooked on top but when I took it apart it was raw dough so my mom called the place to report the issue theu apologized & gave a second one for free & when we got the second one again same mistake pure dough & slighty cooked on top & when my mom called again to complain the employee got the phone & was speaking rude to her & he was yelling I was truly disappointed by this service & the food never got a issue with them.
