"As previously mentioned in the comments, something needs to be done with service time and overall customer experience. We arrived and we were the only ones in the restaurant. There were maybe 5-6 employees. They were all chatting in the back, which is fine if food arrived on time. We waited maybe 35-40 minutes for 2 arancinis. This is not a joke...."
