Première margharita Antica, succulente, par contre, pâte trop étiré (fine) au centre impossible sans la glisser sur la fourchette, mais au goût, tout aussi sublime! Première fois que j'utilise l'huile piquante, très bonne, mais pas assez caliente pour moi (j'aime le feu...).
