I'm a Neapolitan Pizza enthusiast. The pizza was a very good neapolitan pie: saucy thin center, crust that's chewy inside & crispy outside with the signature charred bubbles. I had the Charlevoix & Hugo spritz. The Hugo was ok, not much flavor besides the prosecco. The Charlevoix was recommended by the bartender & it was awesome. The pancetta & pecorino complemented each other & there was just the right amount of toppings. The vibe here is fun & cool.View more

It is was so hot in the dining room. Outside was 18° & inside it seemed like they had turned off AC & were heating with the pizza ovens. I was sweating in my seat. Many vegetarian options & I recommend the mushroom pizza, it was amazing.View more

Je suis un régulier des pizzerias 900, mais depuis quelque temps, je constate que les pizzas ne sont plus aussi délicieuses qu'avant. Je m'explique: la quantité de pâte semble avoir été réduite ce qui entraîne une pâte beaucoup trop mince & parfois aussi mince qu'une feuille de papier & donc craquante plutôt que tendre. La sauce tomate a aussi été largement réduite & rend la pizza sèche. Voilà! Une bonne pizza Margherita présente un bel équilibre fromage, sauce & basilic; ce qui n'est plus le cas. Du moins, elles ne ressemblent plus à celles affichées sur votre site Internet & vos pages. J'espère que vous prendrai en compte ce commentaire d'ici mon prochain retour. Merci! Ciao ciao!View more

Pour une pizza qui est censé comprendre : VIANDES BIO DE CHARLEVOIX* SAUCE TOMATE + PANCETTA + VENTRICINA + OIGNONS + FIOR DI LATTE +'NDUJA + PECORINO ROMANO + POIVRE NOIR Il y a vraiment très peu de garniture. A se demander s'il ne manque pas des ingrédients. Quand à l'exécution de la pizza je pense que les photos parlent d'elles même. Pour ce qui est du service, pas d'accueil ni de salutations. Lorsque nous formulons que nous avons commandé pas de réponse. Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend lorsqu'on paye chaque pizza 20$.View more
