J'ai commandé une pizza cinq fromages, mais celle qui m'a été servie était brûlée au milieu. Je trouve cela inacceptable, car un plat dans cet état n'aurait jamais dû être présenté à un client. Si je n'avais rien dit, j'aurais simplement dû manger une pizza brûlée. J'ai dû signaler le problème pour qu'on me prépare enfin une nouvelle pizza. Ce n'est pas normal qu'un client soit obligé de faire remarquer un défaut aussi évident pour recevoir un plat conforme. J'espère que davantage d'attention sera portée à la qualité des plats avant qu'ils ne soient servis.

Ça a pris 45 minutes pour avoir les pizzas & une personne de notre groupe a été servie 15 minutes après tout le monde. C'etait incroyablement bruyant.

We were really disappointed with our experience at Pizza No. 900 in Montreal.

We had to wait for over an hour for our food. The explanation we received was that because we had changed tables, their system had moved us back to the end of the queue. While mistakes can happen, this shouldn't result in such an excessive delay.

When our pizzas finally arrived (Salami & Prosciutto), they were only lukewarm, almost cold, which made the long wait even more frustrating.

The service was polite, but our server checked on us far too infrequently, & we had to wait a long time without any updates. What surprised us the most was that when the plates were cleared, my pizza was still about 95% untouched, yet the server didn't ask if there had been a problem or whether everything was okay. A simple question would have shown genuine concern for the customer experience.

The pizzas themselves were decent, but the combination of the very long wait, the poor explanation, the food not being served hot, & the lack of attention from the staff made for a disappointing experience.

We came here on a apparently busy night without reservation. The waiting time was long (as indicated beforehand), but the pizza was good! Because it was busy &/or understaffed, the waiter didn't check up on us during service. Would definitely go back in quieter times.

I went there twice & I will definitely come again. Service is very fast & waiters always were extremely friendly. Pizzas are great, I absolutely recommend the one with grilled vegetables.
