They need improve their gluten free crust - I tried it because my celiac companion had to eat that & it was so inferior to their normal crust it was quite sad - since they are crust experts someone in their team should work on this - Il foccalio has a much better gluten feee crust.

I heard that the pizza chain has recently received a very prestigious prize on the pizza recipe. The pizzas looked awesome, thin & well sauced. However, even though we enjoyed the pizzas, we would prefer the crust to be more crispy. All & all, we enjoyed the pizzas & were well served!!!

These 5 star reviews are NOT over rated. I had the best gf pizza crust I've ever had. We tried the Margherita Blanco with roasted mushrooms & the smoked meat pizza. Amaaaazing!!

Well .. its actually THAT good 🍕
Yes, we were one of those people who read the story about Pizza No 900 winning BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD 🥇 at the 2025 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas & decided, we gotta try it. We ordered the Margherita (Pizza Napoletana) with smoked, crispy Speck & Pecorino Romano. It was a celebration night for us, & the whole time I'm waiting for it to get delivere, I'm saying to myself, please be good 🍕, please be good 🍕 LoL .. As a now retired Master Chef who trained in Italy, it was BEYOND good, it's was some of the BEST PIZZA WE'VE EVER HAD

We were actually stunned at how great it really was, beautiful sauce, not overly tangy or rich, nice soft & responsive crust, delicious creamy Fior de Latte & tasty smoked, crispy speck. Truly an outstanding pizza & will now 100% be our favorite pizza place in Montreal &, quite possibly, the world. We highly recommend Pizza No 900 on Monkland.. Hopefully you'll love it as much as we do. 👍👍

I already ate thin crust pizza cooked in stone oven in Italy. But, Your pizza is not the kind I like. Al dente is acceptable, but, Your pizza is too chewy, it is like chewing rubber & silicone. Grilled vegetable pizza: lack of sauce, lack of seasoning, it's blend. 5 mushroom pizza: too many charcoal at the bottom of the pizza. The pizza becomes bitter when you have to eat the charcoal. The owner needs to do some quality control in the pizza. The saving grace is the waitress. Good table manner. No, thank you. I will not come back.

A very disappointing meal. Pizza crust much too thick & toppings much too thin, with the result that we felt we were just eating bread. Very good service, however.
