Back in February we ordered pizza from Pizzeria Bros in Laval. When we got our order it was the wrong one so I decided to call. When I spoke to the owner he apologized & took my number & said next time it was on him. A month went by & I had forgot to be honest. Earlier this week I got a call from the owner Mario letting me know he had just finished a team meeting & asked his staff if I went to collect my order & he wanted to make sure I knew he was serious. I had forgotten but oh my god like who does that. I was so surprised I called Tony & let him know which he was surprised to & let my coworker know the story. I was surprised that he remembered & knew I had not gone yet. So today (Saturday) not in the mood to cook I called placed an order of 4 pizzas & 2 starters (like my previous order) & went to pick it up thinking he would give me one or two pizza free they told me Mario was serious about his words & the whole order was on the house. Lately we hear a lot of bad customers service stories of restaurants. In a world where customer service seems to be dead be a Mario.

Nous avons eu un délicieux repas avec l'équipe de Pizzeria Bros Espace Montmorency. Les employés sont accueillant & malgré une soirée folle ( grosse promotion), ils ont pris le temps & étaient souriants. Les pizzas étaient chaudes & succulentes.
Un des propriétaires ( je crois ) nous a amené la commande à notre table, très chaleureux. On vous recommande une visite avec cette super équipe. Bravo
This morning I went to this pizzeria with my children & I don't speak much English & French so there is a young girl she speaks the same language as me & she helped me find what I want she suggested food for my children & she served me very well, also great food!
I must have eaten here 100 times by now. The pizza is so good, & the service is always excellent. Sean & his team are always so accommodating (& funny). The location is great as well. If you're attending any events at Place Bell in Laval, make sure Pizzeria Bros is your first stop. We love this place!
I wish there was a Pizzeria Bros in our neighbourhood in Ontario. If there was a Pizzeria Bros nearby, I am certain we would return regularly. It would be a great night out with the family regularly. I highly recommend this place. Excellent pizza, salad & Italian cannoli. Very reasonably priced for such high quality food.

We walked into Pizzeria Bros by chance & were so glad we did! We tried the signature Miele pizza, & it was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients, perfect crust, & amazing flavor. The owners were incredibly friendly & welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about their food & their customers. We'll definitely be coming back!
Great experience at Pizzeria Bros Laval....The staff was friendly & the service was quick. The pizza was fresh, tasty, & made with quality ingredients. I really liked the variety of toppings & the thin crust. Perfect spot for a casual meal near Montmorency. Will definitely come back!
