(& surprisingly affordable) Fresh ingredients, perfect pizza crust, not too thick, not too thin, great cheeses, delicious chew, the appetizers & main courses have a selection to please all tastes. Eric & Frederic are truly the masters of real, authentic Italian pizza. As a Mediterranean, pizza is part of who I am & I'm extremely meticulous when it comes to ingredients, the dough, & the way everything is prepared & cooked.

Pizza Aléa is, without exaggeration, the most underrated pizza you will ever taste. The flavors, the texture, the way the dough melts yet stays perfectly crisp… it's pure artistry. & trust me you will eat the crust even when you're already full. That's how good it is. 😋

I never leave a review after just one visit. I took my time five visits, trying different pizzas, observing the consistency, tasting everything with the same curiosity each time. & every single time, they delivered perfection.

This place is a real gem. 💎
These guys aren't just pizzaiolos they're artists.
They create, they perfect, they elevate something simple into something unforgettable.

Such a warm & welcoming restaurant. Kid- friendly, too :) I love their crust & the fact they change the pizzas quite regularly. No matter what else we order, we always have one margherita. How can a pizza that plain be so delicious?
