Par un soir de fin de semaine, j'ai eu le plaisir de souper à la Pizzeria Aléa en compagnie d'un ami. Que dire du lieu ? Le restaurant est aménagé avec goût, offrant une ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale, idéale tant pour un repas entre amis que pour une soirée en tête-à-tête. Le service à la clientèle s'est montré tout aussi remarquable : attentionné, courtois & professionnel. Quant à la pizza, elle était savoureuse & parfaitement préparée. J'ai passé un excellent moment & je recommande la Pizzeria Aléa sans la moindre hésitation.

One weekend evening, a friend & I had dinner at Pizzeria Aléa. The restaurant's interior is beautifully arranged, creating a warm & inviting atmosphere-perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. The customer service was equally impressive: attentive & friendly throughout. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful time & would wholeheartedly recommend Pizzeria Aléa without hesitation.

Tout simplement une excellente pizza!
La pâte est le secret de cette délicieuse pizza. Celle-ci est maturée lentement pendant 8 jours, ce qui donne une texture qui se rapproche d’une pizza romaine avec une légèreté remarquable. Il faut impérativement l’essayer & vous ne le regretter jamais. D’ailleurs la rue St Hubert attire de plus en plus d’excellents restos.
Côté hospitalité, 5/5 rien à dire de plus, la passion & la bonne humeur sont présents. Fred nous a raconté l’histoire d’Alea & de sa complicité avec Eric, le pozzaiolo, pour offrir une pizza de qualité. Les choix de pizza sont variés & on trouve facilement notre compte. Les entrées sont aussi très bons & bien concoctées. L’Apérol est bien réussi aussi.
Je reviendrai sans hésitations. Bravo pour ce beau projet & longue vie à Aléa pizza.
