Eric & Frederic are truly the masters of real, authentic Italian pizza. As a Mediterranean, pizza is part of who I am & I'm extremely meticulous when it comes to ingredients, the dough, & the way everything is prepared & cooked.

Pizza Aléa is, without exaggeration, the most underrated pizza you will ever taste. The flavors, the texture, the way the dough melts yet stays perfectly crisp… it's pure artistry. & trust me you will eat the crust even when you're already full. That's how good it is. 😋

I never leave a review after just one visit. I took my time five visits, trying different pizzas, observing the consistency, tasting everything with the same curiosity each time. & every single time, they delivered perfection.

This place is a real gem. 💎
These guys aren't just pizzaiolos they're artists.
They create, they perfect, they elevate something simple into something unforgettable.

C'est sans aucun doute les meilleures pizzas de Montréal qui sont préparés avec le cœur & de très bons ingrédients.

Je recommande particulièrement la pizza Danielle pour tous les fans de Gorgonzola !

Le service est également très professionnel tout en restant détendu.
