I wouldn't recommend the onion soup, the flavour tasted a bit artificial. The calzone & lasagna were okay, but nothing particularly special.

Very disappointing experience - watch out for the unexpected service fee

We went to La Pizzai?na as a group of 5 & honestly left very disappointed. We ordered relatively little food, & on top of that, we were charged a 15% service fee that was never clearly explained or mentioned to us at the beginning.

If you're going to automatically add a 15% service charge, customers should be clearly informed before ordering, not find out when the bill arrives. For a group of 5 who didn't even order much, this felt extremely unreasonable & left a very bad impression.

To make matters worse, the food itself was not good & definitely not worth the price. The combination of mediocre food & an unexpected 15% fee made the whole experience feel like we were being taken advantage of.

As visitors to Mont-Tremblant, we really felt that the lack of transparency around the fee was unacceptable. Be careful & check your bill before paying.

Overall: overpriced, disappointing food, & poor transparency about additional charges. Would not recommend.

The pizzas & lasagna were delicious, flavour hit the spot. Good ambience, service was good too.

Strange business practice to add'18% service fee' to the bill as a line item (before tax) by default.
We expect price of food on the menu to cover all costs of doing business.

By that standard, adding oven charge, utility charges to bills, that would be strange, fail to understand why is service treated differently?

This just feels like a deceptive business practice that overshadows the good food & service.

Would still recommend this place if you're fine with the high prices (Mont-tremblant is pricey in general)

We got the Pesto Spaghetti, Vegetarian Mediterranean Pizza, & a Vegetarian Calzone. I'd totally recommend it to any vegetarians visiting Mont Tremblant who want some amazing Italian food. 😍

Very bad this year. Pizza for like second hand pizza. Like it was standing over the heat for couple of hours. No service at all. Not recommended

Loved the pizza & calzone. Served hot & fresh. Ann Marie took our great care. Found prices affordable compared to rest of the places. Recommend!

The service was great !!! We had pizza. The smallest you can get are 9 x 9 in squareswhich is a lot but, we enjoyed it. It was vert crowded for a friday but, we got a table outside within 5 minutes which was great ! I would recommend this place 😎

The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The white beer was the cherry on top & easily one of the best I've had as a beer lover. Highly recommend this place!

Super bon service. À notre arrivée, nous avons été placés sur la terasse très rapidement par l'hôte. Notre serveur Will était très sympathique & à l'écoute. La nourriture était excellente. Je recommande ce restaurant :)
