Credit where credit is due: pizzas are very good & tasty. It's sad that this place loses so much value because of very poor customer service
Issue was when I placed an order (night) on Uber Eats for a goat cheese pizza, they didn't have goat cheese left. Instead of cancelling it on their end, they waited for a driver to show up & invest his time & hard work to tell me to cancel it on my end. Uber charges you full price when you cancel as a customer for no valid reason.
Deceiving practices by the night shift team. I've worked at restaurants with Uber Eats before, you can definitely cancel an order when an item is missing. You just have to pay a 25% fee, of the total value of the order, for it (for Uber).
They want to save a few bucks at the expense of regular customers & hard working delivery drivers
La pizza chèvre miel était juste parfaite : pâte croustillante, chèvre bien fondant & le miel qui équilibre tout à la perfection. Un mélange sucré-salé maîtrisé comme rarement 🤌 Franchement, une des meilleures chèvre miel que j'ai mangées. Je recommande à 100 % 🍕💛

In town for training & found this hidden gem! Food was fantastic & staff were awesome especially because I dont speek a kick of French! Well worth a trip down!

Je suis venue le matin pour la première fois d'ailleurs j'ai trop aimée l'ambiance était magnifique , concernant la caissière elle était très chaleureuse & adorable

Wow there so good .The food came in 5 min & was excellent & fresh
C'était vraiment dégoûtant la quantité de piment était excessive on aurait dit une chakchouka plutôt qu'un tacos.
En plus la vendeuse insistait à tout prix pour m'ajouter d'autres choses 😒
Mauvaise attitude & manque du professionnalisme de la part de la personne à la caisse.
I ordered through Skip & paid extra for a poutine. When i received the order, the chicken tasted bad & they did not give me my poutine with my order. When i called asking for a refund, the woman who picked up the phone refused & had a horrible attitude. I had to drive in myself to pick up the poutine. I asked to speak with the manager or the owner, & this request was also denied. I was then told the owner will call me. I have followed up twice since then, but 3 weeks have passed & no one called me yet. I've been eating here with friends & family for years but now i wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. A restaurant that doesn't take ownership of their mistakes doesn't deserve clients.
