Credit where credit is due: pizzas are very good & tasty. It's sad that this place loses so much value because of very poor customer service

Issue was when I placed an order (night) on Uber Eats for a goat cheese pizza, they didn't have goat cheese left. Instead of cancelling it on their end, they waited for a driver to show up & invest his time & hard work to tell me to cancel it on my end. Uber charges you full price when you cancel as a customer for no valid reason.

Deceiving practices by the night shift team. I've worked at restaurants with Uber Eats before, you can definitely cancel an order when an item is missing. You just have to pay a 25% fee, of the total value of the order, for it (for Uber).

They want to save a few bucks at the expense of regular customers & hard working delivery drivers

If I could give this 10/5 stars, I would!!

We returned to this shop the next day to try more things & here's what we ordered. Day 1: pizza & poutine. Day 2: pizza, pasta, poutine & tiramisu.

The best pizza with soft bread, amazing cheese & toppings that are about as perfect as they get.

Only thing to improve: the girl who helped us spoke little English but more importantly came across grumpy; secondly, the bathrooms were missing hand soap one day & toilet paper the next.

Must try!

This place serves some of the best pizza I've ever had-crispy, perfectly charred crust with generous, high-quality toppings that burst with flavor. The sauce is rich & tangy, the cheese is melty & just the right amount, & every bite is a reminder of why pizza is a beloved classic. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, the staff is friendly & attentive, & everything from service to presentation is top-notch. Whether you're a fan of traditional Margherita or something more adventurous, this spot delivers. Can't wait to come back!

I just devoured 2 Americanos back to back. Dough is incredibly soft & that sauce & cheese together is best described as sensational. Would def recommend to tourists who want a slice of some of Montreal's most delicious pizza places & will be back again! Thank you 🙏 9/10

I ordered a Margherita pizza. I received a cheese pizza. No fesh basil, no bocconcini. Nothing like theit own website description. The crust was good.

I ordered on may 5, i initially complained because i thought that they forgot the cheese on the pizza, but turns out it was underneath the ingredients. It's really good for the price (buy 2 for 1, i wish more restaurants offered that, also super delicious )
