Honestly, the pizza here is really good, & the service is always spot on. Every time I visit, I'm treated well, which I really appreciate.
The atmosphere is pretty simple, but it's a classic case of underpromising & overdelivering. It's easily a 5-star spot because you get such great bang for your buck!
Sure, the variety is a bit limited, & it's definitely not a high-end gourmet place, but for $10, it delivers way more than you'd expect.

Love the food here & the service is usually nice but the people who take the orders can be rude sometimes. I order from here regularly & they have slices of pizza for sale but they refuse to send me a slice of pizza with my poutine when i order delivery. Doesn't make sense why not, it's ready & meant to be sold why can't they just put a slice of pizza in the bag with my poutine?! But nope she'll get rude & argue If you try to ask for a slice.
Add to review : after calling to let them know we didn't get the fries after the order was 2hrs 15mins to get here, the lady on the phone screamed at me. Lol. - - - The pizza is ok. Not the best we've ever had. But ok. We've been ordering for years because it's nearby & we're creatures of habit. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened. They make errors regularly, but not getting the order or getting the order very late is annoying. The error is not the problem, it's the fact that they don't care at all that it happened. It happened a year ago & then again today. Each times we are surprised by their lack of care/solution. First time it showed up. Today it looks like it might never come. That sucks when you have kids waiting to eat supper.
It's currently 7:15pm. We ordered at 5:18pm. Called twice. Both times they said'it's on the road'. It's been two hours.'there's nothing we can do about it, it's on the road'. No solution, no help. We live 5 minutes away.
So if you do order here, do so knowing there's a chance it may never come, or take two hours to get to you.
Update: It arrived 2hrs15mins. Cold. Didn't bring the fries (that we paid for).

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bcp de garniture sur leurs pizza. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la grande gastronomie. Mais 15$ taxes incluses pour une moyenne avec 3 garnitures, c'est difficile à battre
This was AMAZING. The cashier at the front was so sweet & funny & she walked me through creating the best possible order.
For 25$+ tip, I got:
-a 10inch pizza for 10$ with Cheese + three toppings of my choice (after debate, I settled for onion, pineapple & spicy pepper)
-a fresh gyro wrap
-a poutine
The pizza was delicious. Looked restaurant quality & tasted like comfort. Valeur Qualité-prix insane.
The gyro's pita was soft & cloud-like. Perfect amount of tzatziki & the chicken & fresh crunchy salad.
The poutine was generous on the sauce, classic recipe that succeeds in its simple flavour profile.
I waited about 20 mins for the meal (because I ordered a whole pizza), & it was so. Worth the wait. My friends got their more simple orders within 5 mins
I bookmarked this spot & am excited to come back! Merci guys!!! You deserve a higher star rating.
Pizza is good for the price but the service is terrible. They hang up in your face & are always the rudest! If you don't pay a tip they are also rude to you

Pour moi c'est probablement la meilleure Pizza dans le coins de Ville-Émard/Verdun.Les frites & la poutine sont bonne aussi & les prix sont asser bien.J'ai jamais eu aucun problème avec la livraison,arrive habituellement entre 30 minute ou 1h.
This place is great! Good pizza for a good price. The bad reviews seem to mostly be about the staff being rude or order mistakes. I have been here a few times & the staff have been fine. If you live in the area & want a simple, cheap, solid pizza, this is the place :)
I have ordered pizza here occasionally for the last 13 years, but have never eaten it on site until today. It is a small restaurant, very unconventional setup as far as restaurants go, no real table service, not even a table setting if you want to dine in. You order at the counter, pay, choose a table & wait (which isn't long) to be called to pick up your order ( if you're fortunate, one of the very friendly ladies at the counter might bring it to you.) Dinner plates & cutlery are provided, we chose to eat directly from the pie plate. The pizzas are delicious, let me tell you. We chose a large meat lover's & delving into that delectable, loaded concoction while hot, is the most enjoyable & satisfying experience. This along with sodas was shared between 2 persons & we finished the entire thing & were stuffed. Very modest, affordable prices, great specials are also available. Looking forward to dining in again in the near future.
Je recommande vraiment pas. Plusieurs fois, le cook fait trop d'erreurs, là c'était la dernière goûte. Pour de la pizza, allez mieux au Bardeco, pas si loin de là. EDIT : En plus, ils sont hors-la-loi, ils m'ont donné une fourchette en plastique & un contenant en styro mousse. 😒 Puis je trouve ça risible quand on fait une commande pour emporter & que ça nous demande si on veut laisser un pourboire. 🤣🤣🤣
Je vous déconseille cette place. ( explication pour intoxication alimentaire) On a commandé du poulet frit ( brulée & sec ) en a essayer de manger pareil on était trois un mercredi après midi, le lendemain les trois malades( intoxications alimentaires). je laisse passer pour être mieux pour parler au gérant 5 h pm iil me dit de le rappeler après 19h , 19h 10 je rappelle une dénommée Monia répond je demande à parler au gérant elle me di que c'est elle qui va prendre ma plainte je lui explique la situation elle me répond tu attend aujourd'hui pour faire ta plainte je lui répond que je ne pouvais pas appelé avant car je n'arrête t'ai pas de vomir elle me répond continue à vomir & racroche le téléphone c'est ce genre de service qu'on a à cette place https://www.restomontreal.ca/resto/pizza-silvana-ville-emard/5870/f
