Depuis ma 1ere critique, la bouffe (je ne commande que des poutines) s'est beaucoup détériorée. Depuis au moins un an, la sauce est pleine de mottons, c'est juste dégeulasse. Si j'écris ceci ce soir, c'est parce que les mottons étaient tellement gros & épais que j'ai dû les sortir a la fourchette & les sacrer dans le drain. Brassez-vous votre sauce viarge?!? Client depuis 4 ans... c'était ma dernière fois. N'importe quoi!!

Je change mon avis que j'avais donné 1 étoiles il y a 2 ans sur la qualité de la pizza.
Très surpris de l'amèlioration de la pizza, très bonne & la poutine sauce suprême est excellente & aussi très bon service au comptoir.
Il faut donner une deuxième chance au coureur.

Ordered online, go to pick up for the designated time. The employee doesn't know how to enter my online gift card of the store so he calls his team leader. Team leader comes over & doesn't know either so then without saying anything he just leaves & go back to make pizzas. 10 min later a delivery guy enter & helps me. He doesn't know how either so I make him call the owner of the place who then tells him how to do it & fix my issue. Waited 20 minute because of lack of trying from the employees & went home with a cold pizza & poutine.

J' ai été chercher une petite poutine extra fromage rendu a la maison je constate que l'extra n'est clairement pas la j'appel pour me faire racrocher la ligne aux nez ok un erreur ça passe mais racrocher la ligne non.

Merci à mon livreur Jean-Nicolas (je crois) de Granby pour sa bonne implication en lien avec ma commande 🫶 merci tu es fantastique 👌 tu as clairement fait la différence, même si encore, malgré ton aller-retour pour rectifier ma commande, j'ai payé pour un extra poulet popcorn sur la poutine que les cuisiniers ont oublié 😓😅 je ne suis vraiment pas chanceuse hahaa j'ai encore payé un extra pour rien. Mais bon, le personnel étant malgré tout très dévoué, je continuerai donc à vous soutenir & aussi j'adore votre appli mais les cuisiniers ne lisent pas les demandes... ce point est clairement à améliorer. À noter que je commande pratiquement chaque semaine ou deux à votre restaurant & que soit il y a une erreur, un oubli ou mon repas arrive froid 😓 je suis tenace car j'aime votre cuisine. Merci encore pour vos efforts & bonne journée à vous.
