Delicious pizza, worth the price! The delivery staff is kind, warm & very courteous!

Ordered online, go to pick up for the designated time. The employee doesn't know how to enter my online gift card of the store so he calls his team leader. Team leader comes over & doesn't know either so then without saying anything he just leaves & go back to make pizzas. 10 min later a delivery guy enter & helps me. He doesn't know how either so I make him call the owner of the place who then tells him how to do it & fix my issue. Waited 20 minute because of lack of trying from the employees & went home with a cold pizza & poutine.

The food itself is 10/10, nothing to complain about. The delivery is a whole different thing. They mess up the delivery 1/3 of the time. Last time they gave us the wrong pizza, this time they just never showed up, never called, & then canceled our delivery saying we're not home. We've been waiting 2hrs for the delivery literally sitting in our living room. No'sorry about that', nothing. Just blaming us for your employee's incompetence.
