Updated review April 25 2026 4 starts to 1.
I can't take it anymore they keep getting the orders wrong, they use doordashers to deliver that dump the food on the front porch don't ring the bell & steel food right out the box. I ordered a triple threat box. Chicken nuggets were missing along with marinara sauce. Pizzas so bare they might as well be bread sticks. This was the absolute last time. Little Caesars beats you guys hands down & their pizza is crap...

Nous avons été accueillis personnellement par le personnel à notre arrivée, malgré la dizaine de clients en attente de commande. Il a démontré un intérêt à servir les commandes prêtes à mesure qu'elles sortent. & la qualité de cuisson des pizzas était fantastique. Aucune erreur. Que demander de plus!

NE COMMANDEZ PAS ICI !
Nous avons commandé deux pizzas à être livré chez nous. Après 30 minutes d'attentes sans avoir accès au tracker instantané de leur site malgré l'avis que la livraison était en chemin, nous avons décidé d'appeler en magasin pour plus d'information. Figurez-vous que ces incompétents ont décidé d'annuler notre commande parce le livreur uber leur a dit que c'était le cas. Je tiens à préciser, nous n'avions pas du tout annulé la commande. Suite à cette nouvelle, on nous dit platement que le mieux qu'ils pouvaient faife étaient de nous rembourser demain matin parce que'le gérant n'était pas là'. Je vous conseille de former vos employés afin qu'ils apprennent comment un remboursement fonctionne. On nous propose ensuite de simplement venir la chercher, mais évidemment le frais de livraison ne sera pas remboursé. C'est franchement l'un des pires services que j'ai eu l'horreur de connaître.

Je commande à 16 h pour 18h30 j appelle à 18h pour confirmer je reçois à 19h 8 il à mis la pizza sur la glace dehors 70 $ pour des pizza froide caoutchouc fini au poubelle

Mon expérience à la succursale Pizza Hut Terrebonne a été extrêmement positive. Les pizzas sont toujours fraîches, savoureuses & préparées à la perfection; la pâte est bien croustillante & l'équilibre des garnitures est excellent. Pour ceux qui recherchent une pizza rapide & de qualité, c'est un choix fiable à mon avis.
