Pizza pas cuite, mauvais ingrédients . J'ai commander avec des tomates mariné pis a la place j'avais des tomate avec du pesto dessus juste pour dire... (pis chu allergique a ca en plus) écoute bin si j'avais voulue du pesto pis des champignons je l'aurais écrit sur la commande . C'est du grand n'importe quoi! Ce resto a juste des 1 etoile pis c pas pour rien . A ÉVITER !!!

Commande passée sur l'application Pizza. Commande jamais reçue. Le restaurant ne me propose aucune solution. Ni de remboursement ni de pizza. Quelle honte ! Des voleurs

I have placed an order at 7:00pm saying that it will be delivered by 7:34pm. When I tracked my order it showed as delivered. There was a cal & I answered, the delivery driver said that he cannot find the address I told him the intersection with postal code he said he cannot deliver since the delivery was cancelled. I told him that it was showing as delivered. I called the store & asked why my order was cancelled. They were not giving me an answer & said that order needs to be replaced. I said ok but can you add pineapples it was a simple request since I forgot to add it in the order, but the person on the phone was rude & said NO. They should have atleast compensate me for that add on since the order was not delivered in first place. I said ok & waited for the order & again they were saying the address is not there. I told them that I have received a confirmation with my delivery address & the person is saying that its not his fault & that it was mine. Very rude service & not ordering from there anymore. Not professional

Nous avons commander la boite buffet familial. Environ 1h plus tard le livreur n'a pas cogner & laisser la commande devant la porte. Les 2 pizza n'était pas 100% cuite & elles étaient tièdes froide. Les bâtonnets de pains & la pizza dessert étaient froid. Ils ce sont tromper sur les sortes de sauce choisies. Pizza Hut n'est plus ce qu'il était lorsqu'il avait leur restaurant. Vraiment déçu.

Sur web site un prix mais sur place l'autre prix .Pizza bonne mais le service doit être améliorée

Mauvais service, a annulé ma commande sans me le dire, je n'ai jamais reçu la confirmation d'annulation & je me suis rendue sur place pour rien.

En plus la commande est toujours dans mon profil donc j'ai gaspillé mes points pour une commande que je n'ai jamais reçu.

I bought a Pizza Hut gift card at Walmart for the holiday season, only to be told at the Pizza Hut in Saint?Eustache that they'just changed their machines' & gift cards no longer work. That's not my problem - a gift card is supposed to be the same as money. Instead of helping or offering any solution, the staff acted like they didn't care at all. I walked out with a useless card & no support. This feels like a complete scam, & I'm extremely disappointed. If you sell gift cards, you should honour them. Simple as that.

Nourriture fraîche bon goût, endroit propre, pas de grande salle à manger, mais peuvent manger quelques personnes. Shout out à M. Le livreur qui nous a offert un excellent service même si nous avons manger sur place, il a été super amiable! L'attente était correcte aussi
