The pizzas were well cooked & tasted good. We ordered a Hawaiian & a Meat Lovers, & both had good flavor. However, the prices are hard to justify, $41 for two small pizzas felt excessive. The slices were also quite small for what you pay.

Good pizza overall, but the portion sizes & pricing make it difficult to see the value. Still tastes the same after all these years !

Ils ne savent pas faire de la pizza. Svp quelqu'un doit leur dire de ne pas mettre de sauce jusqu'au bout de la pâte à pizza parce que ça ne laisse plus d'espace pour la croûte. Pizza toujours sèche. Aujourd'hui oublié de mettre mon double fromage. Souvent pas bon a cette succursale. Les pizzaman auraient avantage à aller voir ailleurs comment on prépare une pizza. La pizza est pas meilleure qu'une pizza congelée. Grosse déception. Je n'irai plus

'Bon service de livraison rapide, mais un point important à corriger : le livreur ne parlait pas français. C'est dommage pour une entreprise établie à Saint-Eustache de ne pas pouvoir communiquer dans notre langue.'

C'est la première fois de ma vie que je viens faire un avis négatif sur un restaurant, car je laisse toujours le bénéfice du doute, mais là, ce n'est pas la première fois que le service de cette succursale laisse à désirer. Le restaurant indique qu'il ferme à 23h. À 22h23 j'appelle pour commander & aller récupérer ma commande en main propre… à 22h30 personne n'a même décroché, donc je décide de m'y rendre directement pour commander au comptoir... PERSONNE dans le restaurant !!! Pourquoi indiquer ouvert jusqu'à 23h, pour ensuite ne pas donner aucun service & ne pas même être PRÉSENT. Donc me voilà à 22h50 au pizza pizza juste en face, qui accepte de nous faire un très bon service !

Plusieurs fois, il manque des choses dans la commandes ou il nous parlent de façon tres impoli.

Pire service à la clientèle. Nous étions 3 clients à attendre pour passer une commande. Durant 30 minutes, j'ai patienté sans même avoir un bonjour de la part des employés. Finalement, j'ai quitté car le délais d'attente était trop long & qu'on ne m'avait toujours pas accueilli.

It was outrageous, I just came back from the on st eustache & it is burned, I usually never have to look inside because I've always trusted this location 🤦🏻?♂? but now I'm home is raining & nothing to eat. I'm retuning it tomorrow ASAP to return this 3 pizzas is no way I'll get disrespected like that after I work hard for my money is no way ! $50 order 3 pizzas very disappointed. It was on wed,April 29/2026 just wow I've never experienced something like this with pizza hut
