The pizza is not well cooked . This is the dough ( in pic)after even heating & trying to bake it in air fryer !!!!! Still it can't be baked & it's raw.
I have read other negative reviews … this quality of pizza has caused me to get food poisoning! I will have to maybe submit a complain to the main Pizza Hut customer service department to follow up on this matter. I don't like to leave a bad review but I guess I have no choice !!!!
Ps : the pepperoni really TASTES BAD !! Super disappointed… usually any restaurant after several bad reviews or complaints should work on solving the matter !!

The wing bites are excellent & the pizza is okay but I went in person to order just now & the girl at the cash was extremely rude. I don't even take time from my day to write reviews usually but her attitude was so bad I had to say something. Learn how to talk to clients if you're in a customer service job. & if you had a bad day or something, it's understandable but you shouldn't take it out on people. Best of luck.
J'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé une de leur pizza toute garni.. Les conditions étaient insalubres & qu'ils ferment 1 heure avant l'heure de fermeture. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

je suis venue & j'attendais pour commander (j'étais la seule cliente) mais personne ne m'a parlé pendant 20 minutes & au bout de 20 minutes on m'a dit d'attendre. après 10 minutes de plus à attendre toujours aucune nouvelle donc je suis partie
I ordered delivery tonight & selected the cash payment option online on your website. When the driver arrived, he told me he didn't have any change. This has happened multiple times now with different Pizza Hut drivers.
If cash payment is offered as an option during online ordering, drivers need to come prepared with change. It's pretty straightforward. I normally tip well, but I should always have the choice of how much to tip. This feels like either poor training or a deliberate practice to inflate tips. Either way, it's very unprofessional & puts customers in an uncomfortable position.
If your drivers can't carry change, remove cash as a payment option. Until this gets addressed, I'll be ordering from somewhere else.
De nos jours, certains restaurants n'allument pas le chauffage pour chauffer les intérieurs des restaurants.
À l'intérieur de plusieurs restaurants, il fait aussi froid qu'à l'extérieur.

It's pizza at a'good' price with deals. The service & atmosphere has improved since a couple months ago; it's still a « fast food » joint but they give you what you order & usually are on time.
They have seats & tabpebes to eat inside, but there are no washrooms available to clients. If you want to wash your hands before you eat a pizza, like any normal person, they tell you to walk a block away to go use Starbucks washrooms. (BTW Starbucks put codes on their washrooms because of this, & those codes change daily)
