35 minutes de retard pour la livraison 1h05 d'attente pour une simple pizza sans frite ni breuvage un Mercredi après-midi. Aucun sceau de sécurité sur la boîte comme d'autre succursale & des bout de carton de la boîte sur la pizza ne recommanderais plus là

Je ne peux pas mettre zéro étoile mais cela m'ennuie de mettre une étoile pour une commande jamais reçue. J'aurai préféré de l'honnêteté de la part du magasin & qu'on me dise'désolé la commande est perdue n'attendez pas' plutôt que dans 5 min interminable.

The pizza is not well cooked . This is the dough ( in pic)after even heating & trying to bake it in air fryer !!!!! Still it can't be baked & it's raw.
I have read other negative reviews … this quality of pizza has caused me to get food poisoning! I will have to maybe submit a complain to the main Pizza Hut customer service department to follow up on this matter. I don't like to leave a bad review but I guess I have no choice !!!!
Ps : the pepperoni really TASTES BAD !! Super disappointed… usually any restaurant after several bad reviews or complaints should work on solving the matter !!

The wing bites are excellent & the pizza is okay but I went in person to order just now & the girl at the cash was extremely rude. I don't even take time from my day to write reviews usually but her attitude was so bad I had to say something. Learn how to talk to clients if you're in a customer service job. & if you had a bad day or something, it's understandable but you shouldn't take it out on people. Best of luck.
