I ordered food on the app as i wanted to tip cash. as i opened my door instead of being greeted, i was instantly told where is my tip. I found this extremely unprofessional & workers should focus on doing the job. instead of asking about a ti.

i ordered the deal for 2 pizza & choose 1 which would be free with my points. at check out i paid the deal for 3 & still my points were cut. i called the restaurant & enquire & also to find a solution. the person who answered the ph kept repeating that he cannot help me i need to sort out myself. i politely asked whom should i contact he started yelling at me in an angry tone & kept me on hold without even telling me he would put me on hold for 12 minutes. then another co worker answered the ph to tell me i need to contact head office. when i went to pick up my order the pizza was burnt & cold

During a period of high volume & visible customer frustration, the management team was completely absent from the floor. Leadership needs to be visible & actively unblocking bottlenecks during a rush. Leaving entry level workers to absorb the brunt of public annoyance is a failure of operational leadership.
