"The pizza is excellent. No problem. But the fact that the restaurant goes through 300 plus paper plates and they are not recyclable is saddening. There should be reusable plates for people who eat at the restaurant. It increases the work load, but that's why we tip, and the world could use some ethically and morally upstanding businesses."
