Ordered the chicken sandwich & the chicken poutine. The sandwich was OK… but the chicken in the poutine was awful. Only managed a few bites. Full of bones, gristle, & tasteless chicken. There are far better Portuguese chicken joints in the area, wouldn't recommend.

Je fréquente le Piri Piri depuis des années & je prends toujours le sandwich aux escalopes de poulet avec la sauce piquante! Un pur délice! Restauration rapide sur charbon de bois. Mium!
Please ignore the bad reviews - honestly - "they forgot my sauce?" Really? These are the same people that complain at hotels for clean towels every single day!! Don't listen to me - overall this location has a 4 out of 5 star rating with over 1,400 reviews. That's what you should listen to! The chicken is excellent, sides as well & the price is right - ESPECIALLY in Montreal where you could pay $15.00 for a sandwich that tastes 1/2 as good. The staff? They take care of their business efficiently. I go out of my way to go to this Plateau location. If you are a Portuguese chicken lover, no frills, just good food & SERVICE ... this is your spot.

I go to this place often, & I leave there with a smile always!! Chris is one of the most chill guys, big shoutout to Fatima & Jeff as well, they're very polite. PS: I recommend the Deluxe chicken sandwich with chef salad & potatoes. 🤌🏽

Ca se voit vraiment quand c'est un ''business'' familliale! La madame était super gentille, très très bon service, mon copain & moi avons pris une assiette de sandwich au poulet... assiette très généreuse & bonne! C'est une place style fast-food, mais ca fait changement du mcdo, si vous êtes dans le coin & que vous avez une petite fringuale, je vous le recommande fortement. Si vous n'avez pas trop faim, prenez le sandwich seul car l'assiette est bcp trop grosse (frites, riz, patate cuite au four, salade & sandwich). En plus, pour deux grosses assiettes, ca nous a couter 20$ taxes incluses. Ca vaut la peine pour tout ca!
